HC3 - Device update - Update button missing?

Hi,

 

I received an message in my HC3 that there is an device update available for a double switch. (see attached).

But there is no button where i can click on to start the update. I can only view the Changelog. (even at the pop-up in the changelog is no update button available).

 

Does anybody know how i can start this update?

 

Things i tried:

- Filled checkbox before device (nothing happend)

- Reboot HC3

- Reboot (full power of) Double Switch

- Googled the problem  > no result yet.

is that device is not a double switch? if yes then you see all endpoints but firmware is for device not endpoints

in my screenshot  device "37.0" is the main device. That one gives the available update.

I don't know for sure if this also aplies for devices, but are you logged on locally? So not to fibaro ID.

Try to login with local IP, no updates can be done remotely. (You will find HC local IP in HC App - Settings - HC Settings)

@Fibaro: Just a tip: Make a pop-up or a message or something that we (Users) can see that this is only available with Local Login.

Hi.

 

I have a similar problem, but I am not able to press the Device tap in the update section. This is greyed out and can't be pressed. I am logged in with the local ip address of the HC3.

The single switch 2 is running firmware 3.2.

 

Any help please?
