GPS Geofencing wrong deviceId

For the first time the app has been connected to HC3 and geofencing works fine, but by connecting the app to HC2 sometimes the GeofencingEvent continues to send deviceID as defined in HC3!!??

Since this mobile ID is not part of the list in HC2 it's impossible to use GPS location as a trigger to scenes.

For example:

In HC3 my mobile phone has ID=82, while in HC2 for same mobile phone the ID=825.

This is useless to receive geofencing trigger where mobile id is 82 in HC2 controller.

Another questions:

1. Why user location data is not updated ? How can I know where the user is now?

2. Fibaro old application doesn't send geofencing data and hasn't update user location either??? It has been updated till December 2, what went wrong?
