Geofencing-anyone, any help

Hello guys

I have tried to contact fibaro support regarding my geofencing issues, but appart of thedefault questions and answers unfortunatelly noone could help me.

Maybe here I can find some answers.

My geofencing doesn't work at all. Never triggers.

All the usual, and necessary settings are correctly set up.

Location allowed for always

No restriction to run in backround

No battery saving restriction

I enabled for Yubii everything.

I have tried with several different accounts, not only with admin.

Double checked gps coordinates.

I  YUBII setting, geofencing is ON, so as I say, everything is set as it should be. Still nothing triggers.

 

Any Fibaro experts here?

That's very strange , I am using Geofencing for years (HC2, HC3 and Yubii ) and it works just fine (except some delays on location reports).

 I have 2 android (Samsung) and 4 iPhones.... no problems for last few months at all.

Must to admit that I had a problems using Fibaro block and LUA scenes. I believe some triggering issues in Fibaro's firmware, but not sure about that.

So now I use All-in-One scene (for HC2 and HC3 platforms) where the trigger works directly from the  refreshState  API command.

What I mean is please try to use refreshState to monitor Geofencing  reports.

My wife's phone gave me troubles I could't let it work.

-iPone reset to factory settings

-iPhone in HC3 deleted from user

 

Today it's working again.
