ZigBee verified devices

cag014

Question

Since Zigbee devices are cheaper and the range of available devices is much bigger many users start to use them.

The problem that not all of them are supported yet and in few cases (at least for me) after purchasing they are not working (partially or fully).

Although there is a list of supported ZigBee devices published by Fibaro, but the list doesn't update and in some cases, misleading.

So maybe our community could help to each other, by publishing status of ZigBee devices that have been tested/verified by users.

Posted link below will open and share Excel sheet of devices and their status.

The file is opened for editing to everyone, so please use that authorization carefully and fill in correct data.

Please include not supported devices also, to avoid unnecessary expense for others.

Let's see if it works for us...

Wasn’t that the purpose of this post?

Have purchased few devices from the list and not all of them supported at all or partially supported.

In addition, some devices are working very well, but they are not on the list.

There is no link where you can purchase the device (must be the same and not lookalike, isn't?). Searching the web by model gives almost no source to buy....

So, it's just another verified source for users.

Once Fibaro team will release not Beta SW, we can delete the file...

React on the post itself, to prevent others from buying them?

Correct, but it very hard to find the reaction inside so many posts... that's the reason to keep updated list in one place.

Anyhow, let's see if it works. If not, I'll delete the post

I think it's a great initiative to keep an organized list of tested devices and how are they working with HC3. Finding such information in a forum is time-consuming and error-prone, thus potentially costly, and it does not make sense for the structured kind of information a simple excel sheet can store. I vote for keeping this spreadsheet and organically transfer the working devices from the original post, when one can confirm they are really working with the non-beta FWs.

There are too many devices that don't work with HC3 at all

I assume that this is a MQTT devices list and has nothing in common with HC3.

I don't know who have added more devices to the list, but I want to thank to this person. I've purchased one of the listed devices

Xiaomi DLKZMK12LM Binary switch Aqara Single Switch (No Neutral) Fully supported

    and it works just fine

    thanks again

Good initiative. I haven't contributed to that list yet for personal reasons. Assuming Fibaro is going to improve ZigBee support, you will need a column "HC version" because device support and capabilities will change. For example, cool/warm bulbs are not well supported right now but that has got to be one of the near future fixes... I hope...

    @cag014 I agree with you.

Zigbee on the HC3 is still a beta version on the HC3. The implementation is below all our expectations. To give an example, simple HUE RGBW lamps are recognized in Zigbee as RGB. So I miss the extra support of the white color.

Even though I am a HC2 and HC3 user today, I am currently following the Homey forum. A friend of mine (knows nothing about computer technology) has the Homey Pro with Advanced Flow and what he has already been able to pair on this device beats all imagination. The Advanced Flow editor goes way beyond Fibaro block scenes. (ideal for non LUA specialists).

I'm still waiting but I'm starting to doubt whether to buy this device (the 2023 version).

And i have error when i try to reset Zigbee network.
