  1. I've a number of roller shutter 2's operating Venetian blinds and they are working perfectly, and have for many years. Today I have moved one of them from my HC2 to my HC3. Set the mode to Venetian, ran calibration. I can open and close the blind but have no control over the slat position. That is in the Yubii app and the HC3 GUI, the slider is there so I know the blind mode is correct, but it does nothing. The relays in the roller shutter do nothing, not even a click. Just in case the issue is the GUI I've writen a block scene to move the slat position, still nothing. I have another 10 blinds to move over and this is not a great start.
  2. Hello I am using several (it is 29) Walli Roller Shutters (GWREU-111). Most of them work fine, but some of them seem to have incorrect power consumption indication. The one with this "bug" need adjustement in the parameter 155 (Limit Switch Power Threshold). Only if this parameter is adjusted, the mode "Venetian Blind with positioning" works (at least partially). In case I use the default value for parameter 155 (which is 10W), these blinds only move for about 1sec and then stop. After adjusting parameter 155 positioning works, but there remain some issues with the related devices: (a) self calibration does not work, (b) positioning of blinds sometimes works incorrectly and incorrect position is indicated and (c) setting the slats angle does not work correctly. The devices that work fine are indicating a power consumption (while moving the blinds) of about 80W, while the ones that show the problem are only indicating 0,7W. I expect this is not a problem of my installation, all motors are the same and electric installation seems to be correct and identical for all of them. Thanks for any support. Bernhard
  3. Hi! I would like to use "Roller Shutter 3" to control a number venetian blinds. However, before I buy I have questions. Background: Today each blind is controlled by two dump momentary switches (up/down). To move up or down the button is held for a looong time (up to e.g. 60 seconds). To adjust the angle of the slats the button is held for somewhere between 0.1 and 2 seconds, depending on how much rotation is wanted. Questions: The "Roller Shutter 3"´manual says: "hold switch – initiate slats rotation up/down". How is the slats rotation stopped? How does one use the momentary switches to tell the "Roller Shutter 3" to power the blind motor for e.g. just 0.1 second in order to achieve a small rotation of the slats? Hope someone can help. Thanks. Anders
