It should be soon, since the latest version 3.581 has a support for the new motion sensor.

Should have been made available by now, I predicted around 11th. Somehow it hasn't yet. In fact I am holding my orders because of it.

It was just a guess. If new sensor software is now a part of HC2 (since version 3.581), then I assume this software has been tested :->

But I understand - it is good to double check everything before the relase, in order not to have the situation as it is with Smoke Sensor (not following EU standard, no black box functionality, no terminals in the pack).

But what I expect is at least some comments from Fibaro team regarding estimated delivery date.

What is the problem with EU standard if it goes to Smoke Sensor?

In many EU countries sensor should follow European EN-14604 standard. Otherwise you can have problems with insurance company in case of fire. The answer from Fibaro support to stevenvd was:

    Dear Sir,

Sorry but we do not support this standard.

    Regards,

So now EU is also telling me what kind of multisensor to install?

So far it has always taken some months from Fibaro's introduction at CES, until they shipped the final product to end-users. It was that way with the door sensor, the wallplug and it will be the same with the multisensor.

Up to know I've only seen some pictures that appear to have been taken using a milk carton. Once you see nice flyer materials and graphics appearing, then you now the release is imminent. Until that time I would suggest our time is better spend writing nice scripts for problems that we never knew we had in the past.

I'm just hoping they're using their time wisely and are thinking very hard of what to do with that ugly design.
