Device without template

i configured Danalock on HC2 but the notification panel inform that the device without template and it is not response

I have a Danalock also and it got Template and working fine.

 

Have you tried remove it from HC2 and reinclude it?

You need to be very close to HC2 while doing this

I have removed and included it about 10 times but it always shows up as a device without a template. What information does your lock have on the General Tab?

You must include it as "security mode. I'm guessing you got a danalock v2?

It is a danalock v2 and it is included in "security mode", but only get it as a device without template.

Yes, it works. I got a danalock V2 and works fine. You will get the "Device without template" error, only the earlier versions of danalock has been added. But you should still be able to use it.

 

When you added the lock to HC2, did you use the danalock app or the button on the lock?

Hi,

i am an owner of Danalock gerda lock, and the lock is not working properlly. It was added by the button on the lock 2m from the hc2 in secure mode.

The communciation with the lock is very poor. When the button unlock is pressed in web browser it takes 15 sec to communicate with the lock, and whole zwave network is frozen. Moust of the time there is no response from the lock and he lock is marked as dead.

What is the difference by adding the lock by app?

I do not have the template as well.
