GPS doesn't work - no location reports

Ah okay! Sorry for the misunderstanding.. Yep this is working as well. I am able to connect from outside of my local area. I have a brother living in Germany and he can access to my HC2 from there with remote access.

 

So both permissions in mobile and remote access to HC2 are working properly but still not getting location...

I don't get it either. Now I tried the local IP address and the Fibaro ID on the old app, still nothing.

Only when I refresh network data I get a GPS location.

 

It is really unpredictable when and if a GPS location is send.

yes, on mobile app, but that seems not always helping

I do believe that you have right mobile phones in HC2 devices list. right?

Als Sharing users I am getting always 0 users. Could it be the reason, why the location is not working for me?

No, it does not.

This number means how many additional users sharing this controller.

When it Zero, means there is one user w/o sharing.

May I ask if GPS is working for you now...?
