  1. Hi, My alarm system has finally died , for good this time, the panel was always a little dodgey, but now it's burnt beyond what I can be bothered trying to fix .. Anyway, I'd like to replace the complete alarm system with something I can integrate to a greater or lesser extent with the HC2. I remember someone posting something about a plug in board called .. envision .. i think ? and it might have been a plug in for DAS alarms ? But I can't find anything on that when I search so I've probably got the name wrong. I don't mind running wires, Actually prefer it for an alarm system, and I don't really mind what sort of cost there is if it ticks the right boxes. Although it's not essential, Ideally I'd like to have some secured integration also with gate and door control and also cameras all in one... but that wish list may have just put me into a fixed wired C-Bus or Control-4 system I expect. Does anyone have anything remotely like this that I can start researching ? It's difficult to know where to start as the suppliers of most of the alarm systems around here seem to have little idea about integration. Or to put it another way, what home alarm system do you have and how have you integrated it with your Fibaro system ? Cheers in advance, al.
  2. Hello, I started to install a rfid keyboard with a FGBS01 to make a keyboard for the alarm. I installed, wired and configured everything, but.... it doesn't work. After 2 days of tearing my hair out, I came for help ? I suspect an error in my cabling that is below: > Drawing A My objective is - use the bell button to include it in an arming scene - use the code to disarm. But here it is, when I set the IN1 input to Binary NC (or NO for that matter) it doesn't detect a change of state. And at the doorbell I have almost nothing that passes (0,6V ????) So I've revised my wiring and I'm thinking of doing this, but I hesitate between these two solutions: > Drawing B1 or > Drawing B2 Is either of these two solutions good? Anyway, I think my wiring is not good. And by dint of trying everything, I changed the configuration in the HCL 20 times. You will have understood it, I am lost, and by dint of trying everything that was going through my head I am completely in the fog now. Thank you for your help
  3. Whenever I write a new scene or include a new device, it seems that I need to manually update the access control for each user. When I initially set up the users (Configuration -> Access control -> Edit user -> Devices -> Edit access rights) I checked the box for each room. This gives a check mark on all devices in that room at that time, but does not include new devices added to the room at a later date. Is there a way to guarantee that a user's access to all devices in a room are maintained when new devices (or scenes) are added?
  4. Hi. I am new to the Fibaro platform and after configuring the Fibaro Home Center app for myselfI want to grant access to my wife as well via her mobile phone. I created an additional user account for her at the HC2 with specific access to scenes (only the scenes related to lights, I don't want to bother her with sprinklers schemes etc.). I found out in other posts that I have to log on on her phone with my own Fibaro-ID but how to make sure that she can only use the scenes she's authorized to with her personal HC2 account?
