cloud connection down?

Question

Hi!

 

I cannot connect to my HC3 devices through cloud anymore. App fails and also web connection through home.fibaro.com fails. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Thanks for the update; appreciate it. Local also doesn’t work in my case; in my iOS settings the button local is activated, however apparently it still tries to connect via cloud. Perhaps my settings are off?

Same problem.

Doesn`t work local here either..

Android tough..

 

Update.. local works..

Here also problems with access my HC3. I recognise this because I tried to help my daughter with an issue on her HC2. I can’t reach the gateway. Only local login works, installer access and remote access isn’t available anymore.

 @McLarenF1 yes our provider got problem with www traffic so our api and website home.fibaro.con not working
