cloud connection down?

Hi!

 

I cannot connect to my HC3 devices through cloud anymore. App fails and also web connection through home.fibaro.com fails. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Both HC2 in Brazil and HC3 in Europe - no access via cloud (local working)

Workaround for these situations: free subdomain, port forwarding in router for HCx and virtual device /scene updating IP with subdomain provider regularly...

I apologize for the problems, I have received, so far, a message from the provider that they are repairing and that unfortunately it will take a few more hours to repair

@djefmo in Yubii app when you logout you will have option to connect offline by entering IP adress

Same here with HC2. If you try to reconfigure the Alexa integration you get an error as well.

Had to break window to enter the house since mobile app lost connection to the HC2. 😪

Everything works great except remote connection :-)

Cloud down home.fibaro.com but with reverse proxy with my own subdomain and https it works fine 😀

I found the option. The only issue I have then, is that while I'm typing in all my details, the app suddenly tries to load via cloud.. leading to a time-out. 

So it appears that occasionally it has a brief connection, it automatically tries to load via cloud and then drops the connection again.

 

Hence, I gave up trying to connect via mobile. Logging in locally via my browser is the only working option so far.

 

Good luck restoring the cloud connection!

@djefmoin de Yubii-app heb je bij het uitloggen de mogelijkheid om offline verbinding te maken door het IP-adres in te voeren

Same here with remote connection. 

Offline/local connection is working.
