cloud connection down?

Hi!

 

I cannot connect to my HC3 devices through cloud anymore. App fails and also web connection through home.fibaro.com fails. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

yes all country on this one region forwarded have problem, we're checking what happened, restart will make it alive but we want know why it stoped

Hi,
obviously also in Italy we have the same problem.
My wife has an account without the installer option and with the vpn it also works from the outside.
Mine, however, is no way.
This afternoon seemed to go better, yes, it took much longer than normal, but it connected. But I keep seeing that the tablet in the living room often still goes searching. I guess there is still something to fix.

Backup in the UK with working Alexa. Thanks Fibaro for working throughout the day and nigh to get this back up and running!

My Netherlands based HC2 is fine, my Austria based HC3 is not (while local access on is OK).

Rebooting the HC3 doesn't solve it (yet).

The same from Estonia/ HC 2, no option to control from mobile APP (Uebii.app/Android). Service is down for 3 days already.

can you go to home.fibaro.com and check do you see your hc2 online?

Netherlands here, Fibaro hc2.

 

- Fibaro apps work, had to move from Yubii back to Fibaro. But wife's phone just worked fine.

 

- integrations, with for instance Google Home, don't work yet. Can anyone confirm?

This has been working again for me in Switzerland since yesterday. If the problem still exists, try to restart the HC2 locally. After that this should work again. For me it was like this with my Spare HC2.

I've had this message too,in HC2 it is easily solved by going to users and click "synchronize access"

 

 

 

All, integratio with Google home doesn't work yet, is that correct??

I did synchronization, without success..
