Check Door Lock status
amatt posted a question in Scenes and InterfaceI am looking to create a simple Lua scene that looks to see if the door is locked then do "something". everything I enter to look for the door status it is not working. Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. 92 = my door lock --[[ %% properties %% events %% globals --]] local User = "User_Present"; if tonumber(fibaro:getValue(92, "secured")) == 0 then fibaro:setGlobal(User,"0") fibaro:debug("Door locked"); end
actions based on Presence
amatt posted a question in Scenes and InterfaceCan someone help me. I have been thinking about how the logic would work and cannot come up with the correct Lua code to make this work correctly. Goal: want the door to unlock when I arrive at home and lock when I leave and send a message (push, email etc..) every time. but if I am home/not home I don't want it to keep locking/unlocking and sending me a message *I already have fibaro looking for my phone to see if I'm present. a global variable keeps a number count present =1 not present = 0 so the logic I came up with is like this: Check Present=0 then lock door and send message check present =0 (still not at home) do nothing check present = 1 unlock door and send message check present = 1 (still at home) do nothing etc... let me know if you have questions or suggestions.

Door lock timer check
kyote posted a question in Scenes and InterfaceHi all, I am trying to create a scene that checks if my front (Z-Wave) door lock has been unlocked for x minutes - then turn on a light (this is not the end goal, however for simplicity all I would like to do is turn in a light for the moment). The issue... In the LUA code below - all works as expected. Where I am falling down is if the lock is locked within the x minute timer countdown, my LUA code still turns on the light after the time expires - I would like my scene to re-set if the door is locked again. I have been investigating possibly using a variable, however I think I may be over complicating things - is there an easier (simpler) way? --[[ %% properties 386 secured %% weather %% events %% globals --]] local startSource = fibaro:getSourceTrigger(); if(startSource["type"] == "other") then fibaro:call(110, "turnOn"); else if (( tonumber(fibaro:getValue(386, "secured")) == 0 )) then setTimeout(function() local delayedCheck0 = false; local tempDeviceState0, deviceLastModification0 = fibaro:get(386, "value"); if (( tonumber(fibaro:getValue(386, "secured")) == 0 ) and (os.time() - deviceLastModification0) >= 600) then delayedCheck0 = true; end local startSource = fibaro:getSourceTrigger(); if ( ( delayedCheck0 == true ) or startSource["type"] == "other" ) then fibaro:call(110, "turnOn"); end end, 600000) end end Thanks for any assistance offered, it is greatly appreciated.
Scenes not working for Zwave locks
Andres Cadena posted a question in Home Center 2Good day, i have linked my two zwave locks to my HC2, they work fine from the app, i can control them with not issues. However, when i try to set and scene, to make sure they are closed when needed, the scene does not complete the saving step. I can add them and set the parameter to "Close", just not saving the Scene to have it running later. I have tried to remove only the locks from the scene and it saves the other steps, i also tried putting the scene only for one lock but still not saving. Lock types: - Yale Deadbolt YRD220-ZW-619 - Kwikset 910 zwave HC2 v.4.150 regards, Andres
send notification on people who unlock door
amatt posted a question in Home Center 2Does anyone know if HC2 can send a notification to your phone on which user (person) unlocks the door?
Yale zWave Lock
massano posted a question in Other Devices / Third-party devicesDoes anyone has or is working on a Yale zWave lock plugin? I'd heard that it would integrate with Fibaro, but it does not anymore. So I'm trying to make it work somehow... Any help available is appreciated. Thanks in advance, Mauro Assano
Auto lock door scene
karlt posted a question in Scenes and InterfaceI have a Yale lock and a Fibaro door sensor which i need help to make a auto lock scene with. The yale lock has a auto lock after 30 seconds which is good, but it will lock even if the door is open. So I have disabled this and made a scene on my HC2 instead. This is what I want to achieve. 1. IF lock is open for 30 seconds or more 2. AND the door is closed for 3 minutes or more 3. THEN lock It must also lock in the instance that the lock was opened but the door wasn't, i.e. the door has not open/closed to trigger the three minute count down. I built a scene as below but it doesn't work, can anyone suggest where I am going wrong? I made a simple scene as below that says if front door is safe for 0 seconds then lock after 180 seconds, this works fine however if the door doesn't open/close then it never triggers. Any help or suggestions much appreciated. Thanks, Karl
