  1. Hi, I would like to receive a notification, when the temperature on the fibaro heat controller is manually changed. I tried to write a lua scene, but I don´t know how to use change of "Setpoint" as trigger. Thanks for your help
  2. Hi - I would like to modify a device parameter configuration using a scene. In this example I have a set of security lights which have a timer to switch on for 60 seconds. sometimes we want to use them as normal lights and i'd like to be able to set the timer to 20 minutes so they dont keep turning on and off. Parameter number 1 desired value would change using lua code to 1200. thanks.
  3. Hi all, I'm suddenly in a position where a lot of my sensors are showing low battery - which makes sense having bought a lot of them around the same time. I'm currently very nervous to change any of the batteries because there hasn't been a single time that I've changed a battery and had no issues with sensors. Door sensors in particular, it seems as though I change the battery, the sensor works for a few days before becoming unresponsive and ultimately killing the battery very quickly. This then leads to me being required to do a full reset of the module, delete/remove from Fibaro, scenes etc. Then re-add to Fibaro and redo all of the associated scenes, restarting the controller in between to ensure a clean removal and re-add. Now I have 2 x motion sensors and 3 x door sensors which need to be replaced - what am I actually supposed to do to ensure a smooth battery swap, without having to delete/add the device again, or risk having an unresponsive sensor that kills batteries again. I've had a quick search and the only real advice I have seen is to keep the door open when changing the sensor, but nothing really official or obvious. So, please do tell me how you change your sensor's batteries to ensure they have no issues, so I can try on some of mine. Thanks
  4. I am trying to start the exhaust fan in a bathroom (4 of them) when the humidity changes by a percentage. I have a simple scene that is using a greater than a fixed value trigger. This works for now. However this value will be different in summer / winter and requires permanent tweaking. What I really want is to turn it on when it increases by more than 1% in say 5 mins. Similarly I want to stop it when the humidity has not decreased by more than 1% in 30 mins. I can use Lua, but is there any other way that others have done this, or is there a better algorithm ?
  5. Is it possible to add feature that when VD main icon is changed that are also changed icons of all buttons on that VD with the same icon at the same time? It is really tiresome to change icons on all buttons one by one, especially if VD has plenty of them like the ones that are remote controls? It would be really nice to have this feature. Pleeeease Fibaro in some of the next releases.
  6. Hi, I'm trying to test the REST API via PHP. GET is ok, I'm able to read and display each data in my application. Now I want to test the POST and PUT API. I tryed to change a device name, but nothing happens. This is my code: $dati = '{"id":197,"name":"zanna","roomID":6,"type":"com.fibaro.motionSensor","baseType":"com.fibaro.lifeDangerSensor","enabled":true,"visible":true,"isPlugin":false,"parentId":195,"remoteGatewayId":0,"interfaces":["fibaroAlarm","fibaroAlarmArm","fibaroBreach","tamper","zwave","zwaveSceneActivation"],"properties":{"parameters":[{"id":1,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":2,"value":0},{"id":2,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":2,"value":0},{"id":3,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":1,"value":0},{"id":4,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":1,"value":0},{"id":5,"lastReportedValue":255,"lastSetValue":255,"size":1,"value":255},{"id":6,"lastReportedValue":255,"lastSetValue":255,"size":1,"value":255},{"id":7,"lastReportedValue":255,"lastSetValue":255,"size":1,"value":255},{"id":8,"lastReportedValue":255,"lastSetValue":255,"size":1,"value":255},{"id":9,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":1,"value":0},{"id":10,"lastReportedValue":20,"lastSetValue":20,"size":1,"value":20},{"id":11,"lastReportedValue":200,"lastSetValue":200,"size":1,"value":200},{"id":12,"lastReportedValue":8,"lastSetValue":8,"size":1,"value":8},{"id":13,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":1,"value":0},{"id":14,"lastReportedValue":0,"lastSetValue":0,"size":1,"value":0}],"zwaveCompany":"Fibargroup","zwaveInfo":"3,3,52","zwaveVersion":"2.1","pollingTimeSec":0,"alarmDelay":"0","alarmExclude":"false","alarmTimeTimestamp":"0","armConditions":"{}","armConfig":"0","armDelay":"0","armError":"{}","armTimeTimestamp":"0","armed":"false","configured":"true","dead":"false","deviceControlType":"0","deviceIcon":"21","emailNotificationID":"0","emailNotificationType":"0","endPointId":"1","fibaroAlarm":"false","lastBreached":"1479350609","liliOffCommand":"","liliOnCommand":"","log":"","logTemp":"","manufacturer":"","markAsDead":"true","model":"","nodeId":"38","parametersTemplate":"85","productInfo":"1,15,5,1,16,2,2,1","pushNotificationID":"0","pushNotificationType":"0","remoteGatewayId":"0","saveLogs":"true","sceneActivation":"0","serialNumber":"","smsNotificationID":"0","smsNotificationType":"0","tamper":"false","useTemplate":"true","userDescription":"","value":"false"},"actions":{"forceArm":0,"meetArmConditions":0,"reconfigure":0,"sceneActivationSet":0,"setArmed":1},"created":1478196735,"modified":1478196735,"sortOrder":112}'; $stringa_dati = json_encode($dati); // Get cURL resource $curl = curl_init(); // Set some options - we are passing in a useragent too here curl_setopt_array($curl, array( CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER => 1, CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST => 'PUT', CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS => $stringa_dati, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER => array('Content-Type: application/json','Content-Length: ' . strlen($stringa_dati)), CURLOPT_URL => $ZanGeneric->domotica_hc2_api .
