Can't access HC3 from the web and mobile app, port fowarding also
hotK posted a question in Home Center 3I tried million times... but I can't access. - 1. Can't access HC3 via home.fibaro.com - 2. Can't access Yubii app on the phone, the message is "The device is not fully configured yet" - 3. Can't access via port fowarding(22 and 80 port) and I can't access.. I wonder this can affect to external access for "home.fibaro.com" or "Yubii Home app" ?? HC3 is up to date and, have set to the final step. (18.Zigbee) How can I solve this problem..? Network firewall could be problem?? (this network connected with double router. 1:modem+wired hub -> 2:wifi router) Please help me!!!

In the Windows Start menu search for mmc app and open it. In the MMC (Microsoft Management Console) app go to File > Add/Remove Snap-In. Add Certificate Snap-in: Certificates > Select “Computer account” > Next > Next > OK. Now go to Certificates > Trusted Root Certification Authorities and right-click on “Certificates” Import the certificate. Find the certificate downloaded from the FIBARO Home Center 3. Import it. Done. Your connection with the gateway is now secure. but doesn't work on FIrefox. (Expiration date ?) Any extra steps required to install certification? Interesting it does work with Chrome !!??

I have tried to reset the HCL with holding both buttons and run recovery mode with no success. Have also set the ip to 192.168.81.1. But no I cannot access the HCL by typing the IP adress. I can find it in Fibaro finder. How to total reset HCL totally like a brand new device
403 access forbidden
krossli posted a question in Scenes and Interfacewhen creating a scene I get the message 403 ACCESS FORBIDDEN. None of mye scenes are working anymore, and I cannot create new ones. I have deleted the old scenes and restarted the Home center lite but does not help. Any solutions anyone??
can't get in to recovery mode
Rhun posted a question in Home Center 2Hi there, This morning i'd run the new update for my HC2 but it failed for a few times. I tried to put my hc2 in recovery mode but hold the button for to long, now it is in static IP mode. I've connect my mac directly to the hc2 with a cable and tried to get access with 192.168.81.1 but there is no way to get into the recovery... anyone an idea? Sorry for my bad english
Same Superuser for multiple HC2
Vicio posted a question in Scenes and InterfaceHello everybody, I just bought a second HC2 to be installed in my parents home but as soon as I started wizard I faced the following issue: Of course my wish was to set as superuser the same email account as for the first HC2 since this way I should have been able to control from one email address all the messages. Ok, when I proceed with the wizard in order to assign the email account to the second HC2 the confirmation code does never arrive... My question is: does anybody know if it's possible to assign the same email to superuser for different HC2? Regards, Vincenzo
Intercom stops respondingI have installed my Intercom with access from a couple of iPads. After testing the opening of a gate with a code (which worked), the intercom started blinking red (5 digits alternating) and stopped being accessible by my iOS devices. Either local or cloud access has become impossible. It seems also that the Intercom has totally disconnected from the network (I had given a static IP which is no longer seen by my router), restarting the router did not help. What happened and what can I do? It cannot be that the Intercom would stop working all of a sudden and that the only way forward would be to reset everything!

From there I can not also log in to HCL, but I have ping to the HCL. Any ideas. is there a ssh or telnet to connect to HCL and see what is the problem. Is there a way to reboot the device? Can't access HC2 after (bad?) upgrade to 4.048
Towanda posted a question in Home Center 2Hello! Last night i tried to upgrade my system to 4.048 but I guess something went wrong. L After the upgrade instead of rebooting all leds where lit up and stayed that way. After about 20 mins I disconnected the power supply and reconnected it. HC2 began to boot up normally but when all leds where lit up they stayed that way for a while, then all leds turned off and nothing else happened. This still occurs when I try to start it normally. I then tried to access it in recovery mode: the leds start flashing from left to right until all leds are lit up, they stay lit up a short while and then turns off. Then power turns on and after a short while powerled and the two closed to it and the recover led is lit up. It stays that way but I can’t connect to the server. I figured maybe I pressed the recover led to long so it booted up with static ip so I tried to connect it to 3 different pc:s om which I changed network settings to: ställer pc på 192.168.81.5 submask 255.255.255.0 def gateway: 192.168.81.1 HC2 begins to boot up normally but when all leds where lit up the led furtherst to the left is lit for a while, then all leds turned off and nothing else happened. This still occurs when I try to start it normally. Still connected to the pc I then tried to connect in recovery mode but that does not work either. This time when I boot hc2 up its starts normally by flashing leds from left to right and ends with all lit up a short while. Thereafter power and recovery leds are lit up. I still can’t connect to the server by entering 192.168.81.1 in the webbrowser and 192.168.81.1 does not respond to ping. I would really be grateful for any hints on how to fix this
