This update method is very good!

Here an answer fro Fibaro support about binary sensor not shown in Alarm.

    They're doing a nice job.

They listen to you. Wise people!

Your first emulated slave sensor was not to be seen in alarm zone, your second emulated slave sensor was visible there.

So what is the problem now?

And is the next release the next stable one next month, or does is getting later?

the second emulation is type of door sensor... binary sensor type isn't shown

Yes, i agree. Stop button and main code update are real time savers.

Latest beta firmware reduced cpu load to an average 40% ...in the next few days i want to proceed to test 2 scenarios:

    1) everything aoq driven by primary hc3 ( the one with zwave devices paired)

    2) no scene or aoq in primary hc3, but everything driven by aoq on spare hc3.

My goal is to test: delay, cpu load, in multiple scenarios and "may be" implement a sort of load balancing:

one hc3 for zwave communication the other for automation via aoq.

    Any suggestion?

    Hello

I have something wrong in my configuration.

My lights turn on and then off again two times before staying on?

Strange indeed... how Lua compares strings..

    Attached version in txt format.

download the text file and copy-paste into mainCode of AOQ.

Let me know if it works...

    @Rover

Have updated the Quick Start Guide and included random presence simulation (randomly turn On/Off the lights)

In document have mentioned that the idea (inspired by @Rover).. see attached pdf. (Presence simulation chapter

I hope you're OK with that!? Let me know if otherwise.

BTW your name has a link to your profile in forum

    Hello all,

Cag, I see in your AOS to set HC2 as slave at this moment I am to scarred to do that.

HC2 runs very good a few mistakes from  myself are solved ,WAF is on low level now!

HC3 with new Beta I see indeed a lower CPU usage (gain 10-20%) but I will wait till new FW due to all the problems I have had.

You have mentioned its possible to use devices from HC2 in HC3 if thats true it can make my life easier. I need NO interference in HC2 others the whole house automation and arming will be ......???

I like to start switching some Hue light scenes over in HC3.

    Please advice,

First of all... great that you found what you need.

Overall controlling HC2 (or other slaves) does not cause extra load on HC3 (based on my and @gggizmo testing), but I strongly recommend not to take all control over the slave.

For example, if you have motion sensor and light switch included on HC2, so when sensor breached and light turns ON should be done by HC2 (you can use AOS for that). Only if you have sensor included in HC3 and you need to turn light (included in HC2) then use slave option.

I hope you understand what I mean... in general the idea is that you don't need to migrate devices from HC2/HCL and you can add new devices to HC3 while you have an option to use your old devices as well

    Cag, thanks,

I had the idea to use fa toilet >>pir,  door and a relais to trigger HUE who is in HC3

    if its working:

    -migrate those devices in HC3

-test the next part of the house

    REMARK:

only those devices who are not involved in arming.

Is this possible if not I will wait for a more stable HC3

    Please advice,

Yes, it's possible and that's exactly the right approach to use slave option.

I don't see any reason why not.

How you set your temperature now?

I believe it's just a command to set temperature set point, right?

Are you using QA or Z-wave device?

I have all my devices still in HC2 and use AOQ also for turning on lights by  HC2 PIRs. It works without unpleasant delays! In this way I build a total solution in AOQ before migrating all HC2 devices to HC3. My AOS lines are all migrated already to AOQ.

Could you please post the jM line where you use push notification?

Another question: is it happens with sendPush or sendiPush?

what do you consider unpleasant delay?

Is it rue the sendPush and sendiPush too.

Here is an example. My phone got the notoifications 2 times. If i don't set the ID413, got the notifications the 2 phones normally.

    {0, "$DayArmed",{state="value=armed",trueAct={"Satel Integra:","sendPush,3370,413","A riasztó nappali élesítése aktív."}}},

    These are Z-wave devices.

I use this form now, but i would like set the zones, rooms, but i don't know the correct code. Example: set the livingromm temperature xx degres.

The livingRoomThermostat, the livingroomThermostat1, and the diningThermostat is in one room.

    0, "&Attila",{state="value=Home",timeSlot="m=10~12;1~5",trueAct={{"`livingRoomThermostat`|`livingRoomThermostat1`|`bathRoomThermostat`|`hallThermostat`|`corridorThermostat`|`diningThermostat`","setHeatingThermostatSetpoint,22.5",""}}},
